We are lucky to live and work in the Cotswolds and are passionate about water softeners and providing an outstanding service to our customers. Because we want you to have the best softener for your home we have selected a range of the very best softeners on the market. A quality water softener should last you 15 years or more paying for itself serveral times over during its lifetime.
Our water softening and drinking solutions
We have selected what we consider the best softeners on the market having being in business for over 20 years. Harvey and Kinetico are the two dominant block salt, non electric softener manufacturers and we sell and service both. These are great for under the kitchen sink installations, having a small footprint. Ecowater are our single cylinder tablet softener with wifi which is our choice softener for larger homes. We also have a range of drinking water filters, boiling water taps, chillers and sparkling water taps. To key to our success is our independence being able to offer the right solution and product.
The Team
Anne Olding
Anne is a qualified accountant and is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the business. She makes sure that we are where we're meant to be and making sure that we're delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Tim Olding
Tim did a technical apprenticeship with Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham and qualified as a mechanical engineer and spent many years employed working in the process water industry before taking the leap with Anne into running their own company. Tim retraining as a heating and plumbing engineer and qualified to City and Guilds level 3 doing oil and gas and ran both the water treatment company and plumbing company in parallel before deciding to concentrate purely on the water treatment.
Simon Holden
Simon installs and services water softeners and water treatment equipment and has 15 years heating and plumbing experience and has numerous training accreditations from our suppliers.
